Excellent experience from start to finish. I will start be the most revealing part of this process: I used to work at the Woodbury Shane Co. and even though I believe in their product I still bought from Wedding Day because from a consumer perspective it was a superior price, product, and experience. We purchased both her ring and mine here, and the staff is really what sold it to us. They quickly realized I knew exactly what I was shopping for and didn't try to push my budget, style or anything they just listened and helped me shop. Knowledgeable and friendly every-time we come in for cleanings. Could not recommend Humberto Gonzalez more.
